Providence Alliance was formed in 2005 as a partnership for the purpose of assisting real estate investors.

Rod Davis, Managing Officer & President
Rod Davis has over 30 years experience and expertise in the investment field. Rod began his investment career with E.F. Hutton on Wall Street. Mr. Davis quickly became the leading investment advisor in his division. Because of his success, Rod returned to his home in Los Angeles, CA where he became a first Vice President with Bateman & Eichler. During this time, he hosted his own television program on investing. Rod has also worked with Paine Webber and several larger firms where he distinguished himself with the highest sales achievements, specializing in real estate partnerships and other unique investments. His knowledge of real estate investing expanded even further as Mr. Davis purchased, managed and owned his own real estate investment firm (RAD Properties, Inc.) that made him a millionaire by the time he was 30 years old. Rod Davis is President and Managing Officer with Providence Alliance Real Estate Advisors Services, Inc.

Marvin D. Humphreys, Managing Officer & CEO
Marv Humphreys is the founder & CEO of Providence Alliance, Inc., a Financial Services Company providing business consulting, specialized insurance products and technical consulting for small to medium sized businesses. In conjunction with the managing partners of Providence Alliance, Mr. Humphreys has been instrumental in developing Providence Alliance Real Estate Advisory Services, Inc. Recognizing the need to create wealth for clients, PAREAS, Inc. was formed to meet the demand of building wealth through single family residential real estate portfolios. Having earned his Master's degree in cross-cultural education, Marv began his career in Hong Kong teaching English as a second language. Mr. Humphreys gained valuable consulting experience working for financial institutions and consulting firms, and received an advanced consulting certificate from Northwood University. He has also studied at the Yale Chinese Language Institute of the Chinese University in Hong Kong where he studied Chinese languages and writing.
